Mit einer klassischen Kombination aus Bass, Gitarre und Schlagzeug zaubert ATRIO eine kochend heiße Melange für die Alternative-Szene. Ihr Sound ist gewürzt mit kräftigen Riffs und einem Hauch von Blues, wodurch sie sich geschmacklich zwischen Audioslave und Rival Sons bewegen. Diese einzigartige Mischung bringt jeden zum Schwitzen, der auf ehrliche und handgemachte Musik steht.
Die Band wurde 2015 von Lars Gugler an der Gitarre und den Vocals, Gian-Luca Paris am Bass und Sascha von Struve am Schlagzeug in Frankfurt und Gießen gegründet. Schnell stellte sich heraus, dass die drei Jungs ihr Handwerk beherrschen: Nur knapp verpassten sie den Einzug ins Emergenza Europafinale im Berliner SO36. Mit dem Debütalbum "BLANK" (2019) erzielten sie einen Achtungserfolg innerhalb der Szene und sammelten in kurzer Zeit mehrere zehntausend Streams.
Mittlerweile haben sich ATRIO mit über 300 Liveshows zu einem Aushängeschild entwickelt. Sie tourten mit der Classic-Rock-Legende Corky Laign durch Deutschland, Österreich und Slowenien und teilten sich die Bühnen mit Bands wie 8Kids, Donots, The Intersphere, Emil Bulls, Itchy und Smash Into Pieces auf zahlreichen Club- und Festivalbühnen.
Nach fünf Jahren ohne Veröffentlichung melden sich ATRIO nun eindrucksvoll mit ihrem neuen Album "THE KING" zurück. Dieses Werk, roher im Sound als sein Vorgänger, erzählt Geschichten aus dem Leben der Band – vom ewigen Kampf zwischen Gut und Böse, dem Wandel der Umwelt und dem inneren Ringen mit Selbstzweifeln. Trotz der raueren Töne bleibt die Musik kraftvoll und unverfälscht.

Their sound is spiced up with powerful riffs and a hint of blues, putting them somewhere between Audioslave and Rival Sons in terms of flavor. This unique blend will make anyone who likes honest and handmade music sweat.
The band was founded in 2015 by Lars Gugler on guitar and vocals, Gian-Luca Paris on bass and Sascha von Struve on drums in Frankfurt and Giessen. It quickly became apparent that the three boys were masters of their craft: They only just missed out on making it to the Emergenza European final in Berlin's SO36. With their debut album “BLANK” (2019), they achieved a respectable success within the scene and collected tens of thousands of streams in a short space of time.
In the meantime, ATRIO have become a figurehead with over 300 live shows. They toured Germany, Austria and Slovenia with classic rock legend Corky Laign and shared stages with bands such as 8Kids, Donots, The Intersphere, Emil Bulls, Itchy and Smash Into Pieces on numerous club and festival stages.
After five years without a release, ATRIO have now made an impressive comeback with their new album “THE KING”. This work, rougher in sound than its predecessor, tells stories from the band's life - of the eternal battle between good and evil, the changing environment and the inner struggle with self-doubt. Despite the rougher tones, the music remains powerful and unadulterated.
